1.Which is the best way to reach Wild Pastures?

The closest airport or railway station to Wild Pastures is Mysore, located 101.5 kms away from Wild Pastures.

2. What makes Wild Pastures special?

Wild Pastures, our serene boutique Nature Stay, has a stunning location where nature comes a-calling. At dawn deer graze in the vast grasslands surrounding our property. Theppakadu Elephant Camp and Madumalai Tiger Reserve are a must-visit on every traveller’s itinerary.

3. Do you have Wi-Fi and internet facility in the rooms?

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all the rooms and certain common areas. Due to the nature of our location, speeds may vary from day-to-day. The speed is approximately 30 mbps.

4. Do you have facilities to accommodate drivers?

Accommodation for drivers is not available in Wild Pastures but there are plenty of lodges nearby where drivers can stay.

5 Do you have aircons in all the rooms?

All rooms have aircons.

6. May we check in early?

Check in time is 1 pm. But if a guest arrives early at the property, he or she may use our facilities like the washroom, and store luggage in an assigned place. Check in happens as soon as the room is serviced and ready. 

7. Is Wild Pastures pet-friendly?

Wild Pastures is not pet-friendly.

8. Do you provide pick-up and drop facilities?

Pick-up and drop facilities are available on a chargeable basis.

9. Do you have special facilities for domestic help?

We recognize the fact that domestic helpers are an important component of a family and are essential for the safety and comfort of your children. To ensure that their services are available to you at all times, maids may be accommodated in your room at an additional cost.

10. Do you have special activities for children?

Our expansive lawns are a perfect playground for children to run around and play freely. Indoor afternoons or cosy evenings are made special with a collection of great board games. From classics that bring generations together to modern favourites, our board game selection ensures that there’s something for every age group.

11. Is there a swimming pool on the property?

We do not have a swimming pool

12. Do you cater to a guest’s special dietary requirements such as serving gluten and/or allergy-free foods?

Yes, we cater to special dietary requirements.

13. Do you provide baby food for infants?

Yes, we provide baby food for infants on request. Our chefs are happy to prepare food that would be appropriate for infants. However, we do not store baby formula and packaged baby food. A guest must carry his or her own supplies of baby formula and packaged baby food.

14. May we carry our own liquor to consume at Wild Pastures?

You may carry your own liquor and consume it in your room.

15. Do you have car parking within the compound of Wild Pastures?

Yes, we have car parking within the compound. 

16. What are the modes of payments that you accept?

We accept neft, upi, cash deposit, credit card and debit card.

17. If I cannot check in on the date of my confirmed reservation due to travel schedule changes or any other reason, do you levy a charge for cancelled bookings?

If due to unforeseen circumstances, you are not able to check in on the date of your confirmed reservation, we will give you a credit note for the amount, valid for a year from the date of booking

18. Do you have food and beverage facilities at Wild Pastures?

Breakfast is included in the room tariff. There is an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner.

19. Do you have honeymoon, birthday and anniversary packages?

Yes, promotional packages for guests who would like to celebrate various occasions are available. For more information, please check with the property of your choice.

20. What is your cancellation policy?

If cancellations are made 15 days prior to arrival, 5% transaction charges will be applicable on the booking amount. If cancellation is made within 15 days of arrival, no refund will be processed but we can issue a credit note for the same amount.

21.Do the rooms have wheelchair access?

Yes, the Chital and Sambar rooms have the wheelchair access. For further assistance, you may contact the front desk.

22. Is there workspace in the rooms?

All rooms have a desk or table.

23. Is smoking allowed in the establishment?

Our rooms are non-smoking but there is a designated area where smoking is allowed. For further assistance, you may contact our front desk.

24. Are medical facilities available nearby?

 A primary health centre is located 4 km away from the property.
