1. Which is the best way to reach Willow Hill, Ooty?

The closest airport to Willow Hill is Coimbatore, located 88 km away from the property. However, another option is Udhagamandalam (Ooty) railway station, located 2.3 kms away from the property.

Set on a lush hillside and enfolded in greenery, soaring trees and meadows, Willow Hill is located 3 km from the 22-hectare Government Botanical Garden. When you stay at serene Willow Hill, you have access to all that Ooty has to offer by way of sightseeing and adventure. Located only minutes away from the city center, this strategic location ensures that guests can quickly and easily reach many local points of interest. Ooty Lake is 2.4 km away and the Nilgiri Mountain Railway is only 2.3 km away. Indeed, Willow Hill is the ideal base for an escape into pristine nature. There are 9 rooms namely Oakwood, Pinewood, Walnut, Cypress, Fir, Tea Tree, Jacaranda, Spathodea and Eucalyptus.

3. Do you have Wi-Fi and internet facility in the rooms?

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all the rooms and certain common areas. Due to the nature of our location, speeds may vary from day-to-day. The speed is approximately 42 mbps.

4. Do you have facilities to accommodate drivers?

Accommodation for drivers is not available but they may stay at Hotel Sanjay in Ooty which has a car park as well.

5. May we check in early?

Check in time is 1 pm. But if a guest arrives early at the property, he or she may use our facilities like the washroom, and store luggage in an assigned place. Check in happens as soon as the room is s erviced and ready.

7. Do you provide pick-up and drop facilities?

Pick-up and drop facilities are available on a chargeable basis.

8. Do you have special facilities for domestic help?

We recognize the fact that domestic helpers are an important component of a family and are essential for the safety and comfort of your children. To ensure that their services are available to you at all times, maids may be accommodated in your room at an additional cost.

Yes, we cater to special dietary requirements.

Yes, we provide baby food for infants on request. Our chefs are happy to prepare food that would be appropriate for infants. However, we do not store baby formula and packaged baby food. A guest must carry his or her own supplies of baby formula and packaged baby food.

13. May we carry our own liquor to consume at Willow Hill?

You may carry your own liquor and consume it in your room.

14. Do you have car parking within the compound at Willow Hill?
Yes, we have car parking within the compound.

We accept neft, upi, cash deposit, credit card and debit card.

16. If I cannot check in on the date of my confirmed reservation due to travel schedule changes or any other reason, do you levy a charge for cancelled bookings?

If due to unforeseen circumstances, you are not able to check in on the date of your confirmed reservation, we will give you a credit note for the amount, valid for a year from the date of booking

17. Do you have food and beverage facilities at Willow Hill?

The room tariff includes breakfast. We have a picturesque dining area where we serve lunch and dinner, based on a guest’s choice from the array of options on our la carte menu.

18. Do you have honeymoon, birthday or anniversary packages?

Yes, promotional packages for guests who would like to celebrate various occasions are available. For more information, please check with the property of your choice.

19. What is your cancellation policy?

If cancellations are made 15 days prior to arrival, 5% transaction charges will be applicable on the booking amount. If cancellation is made within 15 days of arrival, no refund will be processed but we can issue a credit note for the same amount.

20. Do the rooms have wheelchair access?
